For gym owners, coaches and trainers · watch 30 seconds or read 2 minutes

You already write the program. Here’s what one photo of it does.

WhiteBoard doesn’t change how you coach. It takes the session you wrote by hand and puts it on your wall, in every athlete’s pocket, and in front of you as results.

Your athletes get more of you.

Watch it instead

Half a minute each, no sound needed. The first is the idea; the second is everything the app does, one thing at a time.

For trainers & gym owners

Still texting clients their workouts?

The whole idea in half a minute: the program you wrote by hand on your wall, on every athlete's phone, and logged from the rack.

One app, every kind of coach

Everything your coaching needs

Eleven things the app does, one per beat — scanning, boards, Pocket Boards, loads, flags, messages, photos.

Or read it — four steps

1

Photograph the sheet you already wrote

Snap it with your phone. WhiteBoard reads your handwriting and keeps your structure — your warm-up, your groups, your rep targets, your headings. You fix anything it got wrong and nothing goes anywhere until you say so. No retyping, no learning somebody else’s format.

2

It goes on your wall

Any TV, any tablet at the rack. Big type, readable from across the floor. Group A is always the same color, on every board, so “you’re on B” means something when you shout it. Up to four athletes side by side on one screen. This is what it looks like:

Every athlete gets their own Pocket Board

Their Pocket Board on their phone: today’s session, their calendar, their results — whether they’re at the rack, training on a day you’re not there, or in a hotel gym across the country. They tap a set to log it, and it’s waiting in your results. Nobody texts you the numbers. Every athlete on your plan gets one, at no extra cost — the four on the TV is only the TV.

You see who’s showing up

Your athletes see their week fill in and their personal bests move. You see who logged, who didn’t, and who never opened it — without asking anyone. When they finish a session they tell you how it felt, in one tap, and can message you about it right there.

An athlete’s week, as they see it

And one for whatever you coach

The same app, from four different sides of the floor.

For gym owners

One program. Twelve people. Twelve weights.

Write 5 × 5 @ 75% once; every athlete gets their own number off their own max, on the TV and at the rack.

For online & hybrid coaches

Your clients train without you four days a week

Their check-in says what kit they have; their solo sessions land on their Pocket Board, and every set they log comes back to you.

For coaches who film

You already film every exercise

Upload the clips and the movements come back named, cued, and cut to the seconds that show them. You add the sets and reps.

For group & class coaches

Stop showing the same move all class

The demo loops on the board instead of on you, so the room can see it without asking twice.

What it costs

Priced per gym, not per athlete. For a gym with a few coaches, that’s Studio at $99 a month: 5 coaches, 250 athletes, 8 TVs on the wall, 1,000 AI credits a month — a photo scan uses 1, a session written for you uses 2. A solo trainer starts at $29. Every plan starts with 14 days free, no card, and if you cancel, your programming stays readable for 30 days after your plan ends.

The second button is a real person: twenty minutes, your athletes in, your first session on your wall, before you decide anything.

Training on your own rather than coaching? Pocket Board is your own workouts, your log and your board on your TV, for $9 a month.

The questions coaches ask

The board only holds four. What about the rest of my athletes?
The four is only the TV. Every athlete on your plan has their own workout on their own phone at no extra cost, whether they train here or in a hotel gym in another state. The wall shows whoever is at the rack right now.
My athletes won’t log anything.
Then you log it for them on the rack tablet, between sets, one tap — or they tap it themselves on the way past. Nothing depends on the athlete doing homework.
Is AI going to write my programming?
Only if you ask it to, and nothing it writes goes anywhere without you reading it. Its main job is reading your sheet. It never posts to a board on its own.
Can my athletes see each other’s stuff?
No. An athlete sees their own program and their own results, and that’s enforced in the database, not just hidden on screen.
Do I need a TV?
No. The phone side is the whole product for a trainer with no wall. A TV or a rack tablet is what a gym adds when it wants the board in the room.
